Occasionally, delays may occur due to customs processing or carrier issues. If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, please contact us and we'll investigate immediately.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact form.
How do I return a product?
1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.
2. We'll provide you with return instructions and the return address.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days.
My product is defective – what should I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order and include photos of the defect. All our products come with a 2-year warranty in accordance with EU consumer law. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Can I exchange my case for a different model?
Yes, exchanges are possible within 15 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Do your cases support wireless charging?
All our cases are compatible with wireless charging, so you don't have to remove your case to charge your phone. Simply place your device on a compatible wireless charger. For best charging performance, we recommend using certified chargers and ensuring there are no additional accessories between your phone and the charger.
Are your cases drop-tested?
Yes. Our cases are designed with both design and protection in mind. The aluminum frame protects your phone's camera. The side panels are made of TPU material, providing effective protection.
